Report on Training on “Hybrid Learning” for Teachers

 Pandemic (Covid-19) has been raging on for over a year now and our education system has been under tremendous stress. Most of the schools have been under lockdown for long periods and are struggling to continue with the teaching-learning transaction. Since, many State Governments have decided to reopen schools. While most schools are prepared to welcome students back to their classes, many parents are reluctant to send their children to schools and prefer online education, till the situation improves. In this context, Central Board of Secondary Education, Microsoft Education and Tech Avant-Garde, Global Training Partner of Microsoft, have taken an initiative to educate schools on how to manage these uncertain times by training teachers on “Hybrid Learning”. 

 Two teachers from Air Force School Bhuj enrolled for the training program by the link https://forms.office.com/r/aV09cUiesw . The teachers attending this program have basic knowledge of technology.  It will be conducted over a period of five days.
