Inner peace through physical strength

A few minutes of yoga and meditation get rid of physical and mental stress. Meditation can give you sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well being and your overall health. It can also be used to relax and cope with the stress by refocusing attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay cantered and keep inner peace.

These benefits don’t end when your meditation sessions ends. It can help carry ypu mere calmly through your day. Air force  school Bhuj has organised various club activities on 6th july 2022. In yoga and sports club appx 40 students participated. It was started with ‘OM’ chanting , deep meditation, body relaxation. The club gives opportunities to the student to participated and explore there inner interest.
