Rules & Regulations

  • The diary must be brought to school every day. Remarks by teachers must be duly signed by parents.
  • Attend school regularly. Frequent absenting from school from small reasons will not be allowed.
  • Reach school in time. The reporting time is 7:45am. Be present for the assembly at 7:50am.
  • Display good behavior in school and outside. Students are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct both within and outside the school.
  • Behave in an orderly and disciplined manner in the school bus. Show concern for other students.
  • Keep the school neat and clean. Use the dustbin
  • A proper water bottles is to be carried to school. Soft drink bottles or plastic bottles are not allowed in school.
  • Bring tiffin everyday along with napkin.
  • Pack books, notebooks, pencil box and other stationery items as per time table to avoid being over-loaded.
  • Respect the school property. Graffiti is strictly prohibited. Report breakages to class teacher.

Rules of Admission

  • Age limit for admission to LKG, UKG & Class – I is Minimum 03 Years, 04 Years & 05 Years respectively as on 31st March of the year and maximum age limit for a class is minimum age plus 02 Years.
  • Depositing of Admission From will not Guarantee right to admission in Air Force School, Bhuj.

Rules of withdrawal

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued after six working day of receiving an application from parent. A child has to pay all the month of discharge.
  • No certificate for passing the examination will be given unless a child has appeared in the said examination.
  • If a student absents himself from the school witout leave for more than 15 consecutive days, his name is liable to be struck off from the rolls

Criteria for promotion

  • Students are considered for promotion on the basis of their performance during the academic year.
  • To be eliglble for promotion, a student should have 75% of the total attendance in the Academic Session.

Items Banned in School

  • Bringing sports articles like bats, balls, marbles, cards, bay blades.
  • Expensive watches & pens
  • Toys of any kind
  • Gold ornaments ( small studs permitted for girls only )
  • Plastic bottles / poly bags of any kind.
