  FAREWELL OF AOC AT AIR FORCE SCHOOL, BHUJ

Air Force School, Bhuj organized the farewell party of outgoing AOC Air Cmde Nilesh Joshi on date 05th September 2020.

The whole staff of Air Force School, Bhuj other than those who are staying outside the campus, assembled at the School at 09:00 hrs in the morning for preparation of the event. A greeting card was made and the signatures of the staff were endorsed on it and a photograph of the teachers with AOC taken on Teachers Day at Wing House was framed for presentation to AOC.

 The Chief Guest along with C Adm O arrived at around 10:30 hrs. Education Officer Flt Lt Tania A Jose, along with school dignitaries welcomed them. Initially AOC along with C Adm O made a visit to all classes to check whether the points given by him were addressed. He was satisfied and he expressed his gladness that all the observations made by him were made good, again he gave some points for further improvement of the School.

Then all assembled at the Activity Room and TGT Teacher Ms Sonia welcomed the guests with her speech and invited the AOC on the stage to address the gathering.

AOC during his speech praised the teachers and the staff for the hard work and efforts put by them in successfully conducting online and virtual classes with the students. He further stated that he is always available for any help for anyone in need. Then the Principal Mrs Shalini Kaishta gave a speech and she presented the video clips sent by the students for AOC and then the prepared card and photograph were presented by the Education Officer to AOC. Then all had a High Tea with AOC and during the party the staff got an opportunity to interact with AOC.

The guests left the venue at 13:00 hrs and the event came to an end with sweet memories.
