CLAY MODELLING

A Clay modelling activity was organised on the 15th of October. The main objective behind this activity was to promote various types of developments in children such as their ability to make decisions, improving coordination between their eyes and hands, developing their psychomotor skills and finally improving their imagination.

In order to conduct this activity, firstly the teachers made some clay models and shot videos of the same and sent them to the children. The models acted as standards for the children and they made some really great models trying to imitate them.

In this manner, through this activity children were made to recognise different colours, and all of them really enjoyed doing it.
