Dussehra

“Dussehra teaches us that good will always win over evil. It shows us the importance of truth and righteousness. Furthermore, it makes us believe in the light at the end of the tunnel.”

This time, due to the coronavirus pandemic it has been celebrated somewhat different compared to the previous years. Home Ministry has already issued guidelines such as face mask and 6-ft distance for a safer and happy Dussehra.

Air Force School, Bhuj has celebrated Dussehra on 25th October, 2020. Principal Mrs. Shalini Kayastha & some teachers gathered for the activity of ‘Rawan Dahan’ with full fervor and enthusiasm.  The tenth day of Navratri will mark the celebration of Dussehra with great zeal and high spirits. Ironically, the message behind the festival of Dussehra is about good winning over bad. So let’s hope that this festival actually burns the bad in all of us and helps our good side shine through the year. May this day clear all hurdles in our life and start a new era of well-being!
