A few minutes of yoga and meditation get rid of physical and mental stress. Meditation can give you sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional and physical well being and your overall health. It can also be used to relax and cope with the stress by refocusing attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay cantered and keep inner peace.
Air Force School Bhuj conducted essay writing competition for the students of classes
III TO IX on 27-07-2022. The competition was organized to encourage the writing skills of the students on importance of Yoga and how to arouse their interest in Yoga.The students had to write 150-200 words on the topic “My Yoga Schedule will be”. The topics were thought provoking.
Students enthusiastically took part and wrote interesting things which they followed everyday in their yoga activities.
