Diwali Card Making Activity 2020 amid COVID-19 pandemic
To mark the festive occasion of Diwali, ‘Greeting Card’ making activity was conducted by Air Force School, Bhuj for the students of Grades I to V on 4th November 2020. Students were asked to design, draw, color, paint or decorate a greeting card using any materials. Students actively participated in this activity. The cards were decorated with various materials such as stickers, bindis, lace, kundan work, beads, metallic paints, glitter powders, sequences etc. Some students used pop up card making technique to give the card 3D effect.
The response for the event was overwhelming and each card was unique and beautiful showing the interest and creativity of each student. The bright splash of colors on paper symbolized the spirit of imagination and excitement which was round the corner. They had made lots of efforts for making different beautiful cards. Students were appreciated for their efforts and also encouraged them to take part in such type of activities in future.
