ONLINE P.T.M. CONDUCTED FOR CLASSES I-X CONDUCTED FROM 21st November, 2020 – 23rd November, 2020

The class teachers of I-V successfully conducted a virtual P.T.M. for their respective sections,

interacting with parents. The teachers made use of digital applications such as ‘Google meet ’

and ‘What’s App’ to interact with parents via video call. Main points discussed were:

  1. Parents were assured that there are sincere efforts taken by the school and the teachers in

providing quality education to the children, thereby looking forward to the betterment of the

child.

  1. Parents were requested to ensure that their ward keeps up with and regularly attends the

online classes and practices the study material that is sent on a regular basis. Many points

related to how the student can manage his/her time effectively and can ensure steady learning

in the given situation, were also discussed.

  1. Parents were advised to motivate the child to practice continuous writing as well, to make

sure that the student does not lose touch of writing, since most of the learning is being done

using online tools.

  1. They were also informed about the upcoming class test to be conducted online. They had

many queries related to the preparation and how the child will take the test, which were resolved

by the respective teachers. Parents were satisfied to know about the mock test arranged for

each class, with which the child would get acquainted with the process of giving the test online,

and is well prepared on the day of the test.

Overall, parents were very encouraging and supportive, and were extremely appreciative of the

efforts taken by the Management, our respected Principal Mrs.Shalini Kaistha and the teachers.

They acknowledged that teachers have put in their sincere best in providing continuous

guidance for their children. They also appreciated the opportunities of the various activities and

competitions that their ward gets to participate in, even during these times. The credit for all the

appreciation goes to our respected Principal Ma’am who has been a continuous motivating and

guiding force for all of us. With her sincere guidance, we are able to strive for excellence. We

are sincerely thankful for her constant support.
