ONLINE STAFFMEET

MINUTES OF STAFF MEETING HELD THROUGH GOOGLE MEET

                                           ON 10TH APR 21 AT 1730 Hrs

1. The following were present:-
   • Mrs Shalini Kaistha         –    Principal
   • Teachers                         –    TGTs and PRTs

2. The Principal welcomed all the teachers on ‘Google Meet’. The following points were discussed:-

• Item No 1. Homework for only two subjects per day.     The Principal directed the teachers to send homework only for two subjects every day to each student. The subject teachers of each class shall coordinate and ensure that each student receives homework only for two subjects per day. This will ensure that the students are adequately exercised and not overburdened with homework.

• Item No 2. Conduct of classes on Saturdays. The Principal informed that henceforth there shall be classes on Saturdays also. However only SEA (Subject Enrichment Activities) and CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) shall be conducted on Saturdays so as to involve the students in activity based learning.

• Item No 3. Updation of details of the students. The Principal directed that all the class teachers should update the students’ details (roster) by including and excluding the students who have recently been admitted and those who have left the school respectively.

• Item No 4. Maintain daily class attendance.     The Principal directed the teachers that they should take the attendance during their online classes. For this, the class teachers will maintain an attendance register and mark the attendance in the same.

• Item No 5. Dissemination of Google Classroom codes and Google Meeting links.     The Principal directed the teachers that they should promptly disseminate the Google Classroom codes and Google Meeting links to all students. The same will also be intimated on the class WhatsApp groups every day for the benefit of the students.

• Item No 6. General Points discussed.
  • Teachers should ensure that the students are not burdened with homework by giving justified work which the students can complete without any stress.
  • Principal once again reiterated that the dress of the teachers and students during the online classes should be decent and neat.
  • Homework will be intimated to all students on both Google Classroom Assignment and WhatsApp platforms.
  • GK classes and Moral Science classes to be conducted by using adequate props and teaching aids.

3. There being no further points, the meeting was declared closed at 1300 hrs.
