ORIENTATION CEREMONY FOR LKG

Despite having huge plans for an orientation ceremony for LKG, the same could not be carried out owing to the current pandemic which requires measures such as social distancing and avoiding mass gatherings as much as is possible.

Hence the orientation ceremony organized this time was a bit different from those
Organized in the past. As soon as the admission procedure for LKG got over, students were divided into three sections and subsequently every class teacher was asked to form a WhatsApp group through which parents were intimated about the time and venue of orientation. Keeping in view the importance of social distancing, every section was allotted a different time slot.

The ceremony got commenced at 10am on 13th June (Saturday) and the teacher in
Charge Mrs. Shalini Kaistha welcomed the students and parents. Every student was given a welcome card, a stationary kit along with a hand sanitizer. Students were encouraged to wash and sanitize their hands a number of times throughout the day.
