ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR STD-XI
Orientation programme for Std-XI was held virtually on 2nd August 2021.All students , parents and teachers of Std-XI have joined the orientation programme through Googlemeet link. The programme was started by the welcome speech given by the principal Mrs Shalini Kaistha. She also congratulated the newly admitted students and briefed them about the rules and regulations to follow in the online classes. She encapsulated the need to encounter the challenges of the new virtual education system and beckoned upon the parents to monitor the progress of their children and nurture their confidence. Parents were made aware about the special efforts made by the school to enhance learning in students.
In the meet, subject teachers of Std-XI introduced to the students. All the subject teachers have briefed about the curriculum of respective subjects and also explained about the subjects under different streams. They shared subject specific strategies with parents which comprised of all the important elements like marks distribution, timely submission of assignments, goal setting and effective study schedule. Students were informed about various techniques that can help them prepare well and retain concepts for a longer time. They also advised students to eliminate distractions from their life and concentrate on effective studies.
