TEACHERS DAY CELEBRATION

September 5, 2020 is celebrated as Teachers’ Day across the country to honour the hard work and contribution of our teachers. Every year, the day is celebrated with special programs by students for teachers. The day was celebrated with zeal and zest at Air Force School Bhuj on 05 Sep 20. Teachers were invited to the school on this occasion by ensuring all due precautions for COVID-19. Students were also the part of celebration but connected virtually through digital medium. The Executive Director Ms Tania Jose delivered a rousing address to mark the occasion. The students honoured the teachers by bestowing titles. Digitally organized games for the teachers stole the show wherein both the students and the teachers heartily participated and enjoyed. Many students sent a special Teacher’s Day message in the form of video, audio, drawing and greeting cards. Teachers were recognized for their exceptional contribution and honoured with certificate of appreciation. The teachers were presented with gift as a token of appreciation. This was followed by a delicious lunch. The Principal Mrs Shalini Kaistha appreciated the sincere efforts of the teachers for playing an integral role in the holistic development of every student. At the end of program, the Principal blessed and thanked the students.
