SPORTS CLUB

On 14 September 22, there were club activities for the students in the CCA period. Students of class I to X who were members of the sports club gathered on the assembly ground.

Different sports activities were planned for students of different classes. Students of class I , II and III played cricket and skipped. They were handled by Uttara ma’am and Anjali Sharma ma’am. The students of classes IV to VI played kho-kho on green ground. They were handled by Sunita Pal ma’am and Sonia ma’am. Students of classes VII to XII were handled by Vanita ma’am. The boys played cricket and the girls played basketball.

In all games, first the students were made aware of  the rules of the games by teachers. Teachers also guided the students about the flaws made by students while playing the game.

Students enjoyed learning and playing games. They enjoyed having matches with their opponents.

Games help to inculcate discipline among students. Sports activities help to generate physical and mental wellness among students. Thus, a sports club was successfully conducted on Wednesday in the month of September.
