IT and Photography Club Activity

The information technology revolution has served as a catalyst for electronic connectivity, altered the production function, enhanced productivity growth, facilitated the collection of data, spearheaded the transmission of ideas and extended the reach of economic and social interactions. Web-based application has played a vital role in this revolution. Google apps are most popular and most trusted web-based applications at present.
Google Docs Editors is a web-based productivity office suite offered by Google within its Google Drive service. The suite includes Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drawings, Google Forms, Google Sites, and Google Keep. The Google Docs Editors suite is available freely for users with personal Google accounts: through a web application, a set of mobile apps for Android and iOS, and a desktop application for Google’s Chrome OS.
IT and Photography club of Air Force School Bhuj had conducted activity based on Google apps and Paint brush teaching on 14th September. This activity was divided into two sessions:
- Mr Chandrashekhar Trivedi introduced various Google apps and explained benefits of using Google apps. He explained following Google apps by demonstration in this session.
- Google Drive
- Google Docs
- Google Sheet
- Google Slide
- Google Drawing
- In this session, senior students taught Paint brush practically to junior students under the Guidence of Ms Bhoomika Chauhan, Ms Gowri Prashanthi, and Ms Shailaja Reddy.
Students participated both sessions very enthusiastically. It was like learn by fun for them. The club activities lasted for 60 minutes.
