Hindi Diwas is celebrated on the 14th of September every year. The purpose of the Hindi Diwas is to enhance the knowledge and importance of Hindi Diwas across the country. It is also an integral part of the Day where students are not only being made aware of the importance of our mother language but are encouraged to take on the responsibility of spreading its awareness. The Air force school will also conduct activities like debates and extempore to develop the thinking and analyzing skills of students regarding Hindi and its history and how it helped the people of India during tough times and keep them unified.
The Hindi Diwas was passed to work for the progress of the Hindi language, to create interest in the student for the language, and to encourage their creativity in oral and writing skills. This day provided opportunities for interaction between the learner and the teacher which is vital for making learning the language easier and more enjoyable. The importance of Hindi arises from the realization that it can provide greater scope for job opportunities. Proficiency in Hindi is the basic requirement for students.
Air force school, Bhuj has organized various activities on 14th September 2022 like Story writing, sulekh lekhan in Hindi, poem recitation etc. for class’s I-X. Students also performed a skit on importance of Hindi.
This time on Hindi Diwas many activities and competitions were held as mentioned above. These were performed by the students of classes 1st to 10th and students participated in all the activities with great enthusiasm and interest.
To fulfill this aim and ambition, the teachers of Air Force School have contributed a lot in this direction. My own feeling towards the whole event is magnificent and all of us enjoyed it thoroughly.
