“The arts are an essential element of education, just like reading, writing and arithmetic, music, dance, painting and theatre are all keys that unlock profound human understanding and accomplishment. “

The students of Air Force School, Bhuj are organised into four houses namely Arjan, Katre, Sekhon and Subroto for participation in co-curricular activities and to increase competitive spirit among the students. The houses are named after the highest gallantry awardees of the Indian Air force to inculcate patriotism in the students. Each house has its own distinctive colours and students proudly wear the colourful uniform of their house on Wednesday to the school. On 24th April the school organised Inter House display board competition for the students across all classes on the theme of “Ancient Civilizations of the World”.

The students participated actively and displayed their ideas on Harappa, Mesopotamia, Ancient Egypt, and Ancient Rome civilizations in a very creative manner, which was appreciated by one and all. This activity increases the awareness regarding various ancient civilizations among all the students.
