ORIENTATION CERRMONY FOR LKG 2021-2022

Despite having huge plans for an orientation ceremony for LKG, the same could not be carried out owing to the current pandemic which requires measures such as social distancing and avoiding mass gatherings as much as is possible. Hence the orientation ceremony organised this time was a bit different from those organised in the past.

As soon as the admission procedure for LKG got over, students were divided into three sections and subsequently every class teacher was asked to form a WhatsApp group through which parents were intimated about the time and venue of orientation. Keeping in view the importance of social distancing every section was allotted a different time slot.

The ceremony got commenced at 11:30 AM on the 19th of April that is Monday and the teacher in charge Mrs Shalini Kaistha welcomed the students and parents. She also congratulated the newly admitted students and briefed the parents on some rules and regulations such as there will be an online class from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM on Monday to Friday and that every student is compulsorily required to be present in the same. Also guided the parents to call the class teacher between 12:30 PM and 01:30 PM in case they have queries.

The class teachers also welcomed the students and parents and provided them important information on books and notebooks.
