WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY ON JUNE 5, 2021

 

 World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5 every year to mark the importance of nature and environment. The main aim of the celebrations is to encourage worldwide awareness and action to protect our environment. The theme for the Word Environment Day 2021 was ‘Ecosystem Restoration’ with the slogan of ‘Reimagine, Recreate, Restore’.

Air Force School Bhuj organized online quiz and essay writing,  to sensitize students about the theme of the Day and other significant issues related to environment and sustainable living. Students from Classes I to X participated in the Online Activities. They also planted saplings to celebrate the Day.
